Mango & Tuna Poke

Mango & Tuna Poke

8 ounces sushi grade A ahi tuna, cut into small chunks

kosher salt, to taste

½ teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoons soy sauce

½ teaspoon chili oil

¼ sweet or Maui onion, diced small

1 mango, peeled and small diced

For topping:

¼ cup wakami

toasted sesame seeds

scallions, sliced thin

Furikake

For serving

sushi rice

Place the tuna in a bowl. Season with salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, chili oil and stir to combine. Add as much onion and mango as desired. toss with a little wakame and scallions. Transfer to a serving vessel sesame seeds and Furikake. Serve with sushi rice, if desired.
