Dirty Dining: 2 places in the Shops at Pembroke Gardens ordered shut

State records show Agave Bandido was ordered shut for the third time last week.

The Brass Tap was also ordered shut.

Both places are located inside the popular Shops at Pembroke Gardens.

All three state-ordered closures last week involve a flying insect problem.

Below is a list of places that were inspected and some of their violations.

All the places ordered shut were allowed to re-open following an ordered cleanup and re-inspection.

“Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin.”

“Clean utensils or equipment stored in dirty drawer or rack. Baking trays, food containers, China bowls stored on soiled ranch above flip tops in kitchen area. Repeat Violation.”
