Mohamed Salah has once again taken to social media as he continues to keep Liverpool supporters updated on what he is getting up to during the off-season.
The Reds confirmed on Friday morning that Stefan Bajcetic, Conor Bradley, Jarell Quansah, Sepp van den Berg, Owen Beck, Curtis Jones, Caoimhin Kelleher and Kostas Tsimikas have all now commenced pre-season training.
Liverpool made the announcement ahead of Arne Slot’s first press conference as the club’s new head coach. Salah, however, has been granted some extra time after taking part in two African World Cup qualification matches for Egypt in June.

The forward will link up with his side at a later date, but is expected to be available for the Reds’ entire pre-season campaign after Liverpool took the decision to retain his services rather than release him for the upcoming Olympic Games.
The men's football tournament begins at the Olympics on July 24, with the final taking place on August 9, just eight days before the Reds kick off their Premier League season away at Ipswich Town, and as reported by the ECHO earlier this week, Liverpool have no concerns about upsetting their star man after the call was taken to keep Salah for the entire summer schedule rather than flying out with his national team to compete for a gold medal in France.
And now, taking to Instagram on Friday afternoon, Salah uploaded a photo of himself enjoying some down time. The post follows the theme of the forward enjoying time away with his family over the last few weeks.

Salah is one of a number of Liverpool players who are set to enter the final year of their contracts this summer. Asked about sorting out the futures of the likes of Salah, new Liverpool sporting director Richard Hughes refused to be drawn on the matter.
He said: “Contractual situations, I don't think it would be fair for me to talk about. These are private matters between club and players.
“The only concern I have, that Arne has, about those situations and everyone else in the squad is that there is total commitment from the players to the cause for next season – and we are absolutely convinced that is the case.”
