Ingredients

Potatoes:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes

Buffalo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Chimichurri:

  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 cup canola oil

Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Jerk Sauce:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp allspice
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tsp hot sauce

Maple Chipotle:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 Tbsp adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a shallow bowl combine flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Whisk in milk until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Place panko in a separate shallow bowl.

  • Step 3

    Working in batches, coat potatoes in batter then toss in panko until fully coated.

  • Step 4

    Place potatoes in Air Fryer and cook for 24 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Step 5

    Either dip or toss crispy potatoes in desired sauce and enjoy!

  • To Make Buffalo Sauce:

    Slowly whisk hot sauce into melted butter, stir in garlic powder and paprika. Serve.

  • To Make Chimichurri:

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • To Make Honey Garlic Sauce:

    In a sauce pot combine garlic, honey, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce to a simmer.

  • Step 9

    Combine water and cornstarch together until smooth.

  • Step 10

    Slowly whisk in cornstarch mixture to sauce pot until combined.

  • Step 11

    Allow to simmer until thickened, 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Step 12

    Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

  • To Make Jerk Sauce:

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • To Make Maple Chipotle Sauce:

    Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and allow to thicken, 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
