  • 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 °F.

  • Step 2

    Place potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and toss to evenly coat. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Combine ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and chili powder in a bowl.

  • Step 4

    Toss potatoes with five tablespoons of the barbecue sauce and bake for an additional 10 minutes. The sauce will keep in the fridge for two weeks.
