Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken drumsticks
  • 20 Little Potatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp rosemary, minced
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Pre-heat oven to 400 °F.

  • Step 2

    Lay chicken and little potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and lemon juice/zest. Using your hands or tongs, toss everything together so that chicken and potatoes are evenly coated in spices.

  • Step 3

    Roast until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F or higher, about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve!
