1. Grill

Our roast or grill-ready kits couldn’t be more straightforward—or more delicious. Roasting these over the barbecue caramelizes the veggies’ natural sugars, cooking them to a pleasantly crispy finish. For this quick and easy meal, all you need is six ingredients: Little Trios, zucchini, bell peppers, garlic, olive oil, and Balsamic vinegar. Now just slice, toss, and barbecue in a grill pan or foil on the grate. That’s it! All that is left to do is eat and enjoy!

Serve: with a juicy roasted whole chicken, BBQ’d chicken breasts, or tender grilled steak.

2. Microwave

Pizza Smashed Potatoes are ready in minutes and will appeal to everyone, kids and grown-ups alike —Great for potlucks! For this recipe, you pop our A Little Savory Herb tray in to cook for just five minutes, then toss with a little oil and mix in the seasonings that are included. Put the potatoes on a plate, smash slightly with the bottom of a drinking glass, then sprinkle with mozzarella and add pizza toppings, and microwave again. Ready!

Serve: with a side salad or coleslaw.

3. Roast

Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes are quick to prepare and easy to make. Slice Creamers potatoes and spread them in a baking dish. Heat the other ingredients (butter, garlic, flour, milk) in a saucepan on the stove, stir in your favorite shredded cheese, and pour over the Little Potatoes. Then bake until tender, about 45 minutes. You’ll love how creamy and gooey these are. You can make them in advance, too, and refrigerate them; then reheat them when you are ready to enjoy them.

Serve: with steamed broccoli and mild white fish, such as a fillet of sole, or pork chops.

4. Panfry / saucepan / skillet
