Inspired by her little brother's developmental delays, she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of OT interventions in improving his quality of life. This experience ignited her passion for helping others and set her on the path to becoming an OT. 🌟 Most Rewarding Part of the Job The joy of discharging individuals back home, witnessing their happiness, and seeing how proud they are of themselves is what drives Megan's dedication. Knowing that her team's efforts have made a positive impact on individuals' lives is a feeling she treasures every day. 🌟 Staying Up to Date Megan prioritizes continuous learning and growth by collaborating with her team daily, asking questions, and seeking demonstrations.
