Guests at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) have even more choices with the opening of two world-class new food offerings in Terminal 3 and a retail store in Terminal 2.     Just in time for the busy summer travel season, our LAX team, in partnership with Los Angeles World Airports, opened CAVA. The concept, operated by Crews1972, offers a delicious, healthy, and flavor-packed Mediterranean menu comprised of curated bowls, pitas, salads, dips, drinks, and more.     The Crews team also has opened the ghost kitchen concept, Pizza Please. Guests order through our platform, LAXOrderNow and pick up their food in lockers. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy delicious pizza delivered in an innovative way.      Guests will enjoy shopping at Larchmont Junction, operated by MARSHALL RETAIL GROUP, which aims to bring a piece of LA to LAX, with odes to iconic LA streets and places within their decor such as Larchmont Blvd, Melrose Ave, Beverly, etc. Larchmont Junction carries a variety of high-end product brands such as Tom Ford and Le Labo fragrances, Tumi Luggage, and luxury vintage designer handbags. Our concessions employees are the heart of our airport terminals and we always are looking for a reason to celebrate them.      Our URW team at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (URW) recognized some of the Terminal 5 employees for reaching their sales goals during our March Madness campaign. Momentum is building after marking the start of construction for the transformation of the commercial redevelopment program at John F. Kennedy International Airport’s (JFK) Terminal 8 in partnership with The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, American Airlines, and Holt Construction. Our seasonal artist showcase within the terminal, “A Traveling Dream,” also debuted as a celebration of the depth and vibrancy of the Airport’s host community, Jamaica, and greater Queens through local art.     The commercial redevelopment follows the $400 million expansion of Terminal 8. Completed in November 2022, the expansion and modernization of Terminal 8 is part of the Port Authority’s $19 billion redevelopment of JFK. 

Construction is underway for our commercial program at John F. A new Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins is now open in Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5 arrivals serving both arriving travelers, airport employees, and meeters-and-greeters.     We are proud to partner with 100% Airport Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) owners Kirit Patel and Faisal Poonja on this new venture. Together with the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) - O'Hare & Midway International Airports, we are working to raise the bar on diversity and inclusion in the airports. This is just the beginning of more new restaurants and stores coming to T5. Stay tuned!
