Last week PepsiCo supported the NGA Foundation’s 2024 Executive Leadership Development Program, where 39 participants learned leadership and decision-making best practices to bring back to their organizations. Our participation in programs like these isn’t new because they truly exemplify the spirit of diversity in leadership, which helps foster growth by bringing a greater level of talent and creativity that better reflects the diverse communities served by the grocery industry.
