The Greene 4.0 project is based on two pillars: 🌿 green technologies and 🌐digitalization. It is not surprising, then, that our colleagues from Consorzio Intellimech discussed the project's principles during the consortium meeting focused on explainable AI. The audience included managing directors, R&D managers, and production or process managers from Intellimech manufacturing companies. 🚀 The Co-Design Workshop that marks the finish line of Work Package 1 in Greene 4.0 has concluded with great success! 1️⃣ On the first day, we kicked off the workshop by diving into the Design Thinking methodology, focusing on the first two stages: empathize and define. This foundational day was crucial for understanding the perspectives and needs of manufacturing companies. 💡 2️⃣ Building on the insights from Day 1, the second day was dedicated to the ideate and prototype stages. The team worked collaboratively to identify critical processes for companies aiming for digital and green transformation. Through creative brainstorming sessions, we generated innovative solutions and developed initial prototypes. These prototypes aimed to address the key issues identified in the earlier stages, providing tangible steps towards our goals. 🧠✨ 3️⃣ The final day was dedicated to a transnational exchange with other European projects, including SMART CIRCUIT, #CIHUB, #BeSoGreat, #RISE, #CIRCOTRONIC, and #3DoP. This collaborative effort validated our prototypes and enhanced our collective understanding of the platform's value proposition. The feedback and validation from these diverse projects were invaluable, ensuring that our solutions are robust and aligned with industry needs. 🌍🔗 🎯 Together, we have established a clear path forward, solidifying our vision for a digital and greener future. The unified framework and strategies developed during this workshop will empower us to communicate our value proposition effectively and drive meaningful industrial transformation. 🚀 In the Greene 4.0 project team, work is in full swing! 🏭 We have conducted 70 in-depth interviews with representatives from manufacturing companies at different stages of implementing digital and green solutions. 🎙️ We were able to hear their concerns, hopes, and ideas related to the new industrial transformation. The information gathered will help us develop a User Acceptance Model. Today, we begin a three-day workshop, led by Selina-Maria Schiller from FH Kufstein Tirol – University of Applied Sciences! 💡 We are employing a user-centered Design Thinking methodology and hope to arrive at many interesting conclusions that we will implement, working with companies to make the world more 🌐 digital and 🌿 greener!
