CHS is excited to welcome Dr. Leonard Pease as the new Senior Operations Director for the Center for Hydrogen Safety. A distinguished chemical and materials engineer, Leonard’s impressive career spans academia, industry, and national labs. With a Ph.D. from Princeton, postdoc at NIST, and leadership roles at PNNL, he’s a true expert. He founded two biomedical companies, led projects in jet mixing, industrial hygiene, renewable energy, and COVID-19 research, and boasts over 100 publications and numerous accolades, including a Silver Medal from the U.S. Department of Commerce. In addition, Leonard will be honored as an AIChE Fellow this October. #HydrogenSafety #CommittedToSafety #Hydrogen
