He led a nationwide technology services company as its Chief Operating Officer, earning recognition on the Inc. 5000 five times. He has served on boards of multiple nonprofit organizations that provide social impact through advocacy, policy, education, and workforce opportunities. Brian holds a B.S. from James Madison University, an M.S. from George Mason University, and an Ed.D. from the University of Southern California’s Global Executive Program.

📣 We are pleased to announce the third cohort of the Transfer Student Success Intensive in partnership with American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU)! This program supports community colleges and AASCU members with monthly virtual sessions and consulting hours to enhance transfer student success. Selected from 97 institutions and three systems across 24 states, the three cohorts combined represent over 1.3 million undergraduates nationwide, all working to advance transfer practices.
