BLS Report- November 2023

Payroll Employment Increased by 199,000 in November; Unemployment Rate Edged Down to 3.7 percent

The unemployment rate edged down to 3.7 percent in November, and the number of unemployed persons showed little change at 6.3 million.

  • Ran a profitable $22M P&L overseeing the local market. He was then promoted to national oversight with P&L of $40+M.  


Perm Leader – Midwest  

Experience: 25 years of staffing industry experience  

Verticals: Manufacturing industry across all skills within CPG, Building Products, and Auto/Chem/Aero/Metals; Previously office/admin  

Background:  

  • Leader over the perm manufacturing practice for all mid to senior-level roles within –  
  • Consumer Packaged Goods, Building Products, and Industrial (auto, areo, chem, metals) 
  • Sales, marketing, HR, F&A, etc types of positions with salaries ranging from $75k – $200k with 25-30% fees  
  • Leading a team of 10 full-desk executive recruiters with 15 to 40 years of experience
