What do you love about working as a change consultant at Microsoft EMEA?

What I love about my job at Microsoft is something that I have experienced from day one. We call it growth mindset, and it’s the one common driver that connects everyone. What do we mean by that? It’s the shared belief that everyone is continuously developing and growing. You are curious and always learning. You take challenges and leverage each other’s ideas. And you see failure as something natural that happens along the way to success and innovation. With that in mind, as a team, we are exchanging and testing new ideas; giving and receiving feedback; sharing work with others so that they can contribute or build on it. So it’s not about what one person can possibly achieve on his or her own, but about creating results as a team, in EMEA and globally, because we are better together.
