Why do I love what I do?

We hear this all the time....I love what I do, but how many really mean it or even know why they love what they do. I asked myself that question, here are some revealing signs you honestly love what you do!

You like going to all the meetings, seriously. People think of meeting as a group of people wasting their time, but not you. You actually feel empower by them, it is your opportunity to speak up and help creating changes and give opinions.

You have 100 plus hours of vacation time accrued, even though you’ve taken time off and the best part, you don’t really need a vacation!

Your job is something you are proud of, you talk about what you do with everyone and it makes you smile.

You look at the clock and its 9am, look again; and it’s 6pm. You don't really need to stay at work that late anyway, you have it under control.

You always think positive, you don’t wish you do not have to do something but you wish you have enough time to do more.

You can’t never say thank you enough, sharing your appreciation is actually part of your routine.

You speak about your coworkers and your team very highly, you recognize their achievements and make sure everyone knows it. Their success is your success, you’re proud to call them your teammates.

You do not micromanage, you trust your employees, and you know they will have your back.

You have internal guests, and external guests. Both of them are equally important.

You have fun! You know that if you are having a bad day, you come to work and someone somehow will make you smile or laugh, your coworkers are the family you chose.

You have goals, and they are not money related. You want your team to feel happy, and they actually want to work for you and with you.

You help your team, you follow up and follow through with their inquiries and you like knowing you are doing something for them. And they feel the same way about you.
