Where do I shop?

Where do I shop?

Where do I want to shop?

When we need to make shopping experience choices over other decisions based on proximity, what are they? Is it the store that usually has the best prices, choice, freshness, closest to my house etc..? These are important because when you think about it, just the smallest of all of the above can make a dramatic shift in happy client ratios.

Just the other day I was in a meeting with a sizeable retail chain that was looking for new ideas to refresh their offering. Faced with an ageing population, more demand for higher quality food and more exclusive "world cuisine" they wanted to know about coffee. "What can I offer as a coffee program, service that will enhance my clients experience?" I like to think we can help make this decision and steer you in the right direction was my response.

When you think about simple things like "experience" based customer benefits it's all about "what you can do for me". Coffee is simply one of the foundations of appreciative actions. When I walked into my local grocery store which I do at least twice a week if not more. I know, I know, make a list. But who does? I am met by this delightful older lady that gets up and welcomes me to the store and offers me a coffee. Ok this may be a little off the chart, but it's the coffee, it is the coffee. This is a 100,000 sq/ft store so she greets a lot of people.

So I am in this meeting where I bring up the opportunity to develop a bean to cup, fresh cup coffee corner idea. Needless to say, we have experience in this field. The reaction is WOW. That's what we want! We can help your retail initiatives in either grocery or convenience and even have national partners that can take the project and deliver as a hands OFF approach.

Put yourself in your clients shoes. If you always go to the same market where there are tons of people in line because there are only 2 cash registers open, is it because they are doing the right thing or missing the point? I want to know that my business is appreciated, acknowledged for my patronage and every once in a while getting a perk. A coffee is a great perk, after all it is the coffee.

The new Venti-4 dispenses from 6 to 24 ounces of coffee from fresh bean to cup. With its touch screen technology is also a portal for digital media. The future is already dispensing over 2 billion cups of coffee per year. All through a Cafection coffee machine.

I can buy my groceries anywhere, I can get my gas anywhere, but I elect to go where I am recognized as an individual. Yes, it is the coffee.

We are here to help you realize new business ideas!
