💻 Pablo Carballo Soria is an Engineering Lead at Sparq who’s been in tech for 10 years. He’s currently leading a team who’s working on a B2B email marketing platform. When asked what he says the best part of his job is, Pablo says that while he loves coding, he also enjoys having the chance to improve the quality of everything he builds.

Outside of work, Pablo loves running (he does about 40 km a week!), playing soccer and enjoying some delicious Uruguayan wine. Thanks, Pablo, for making Sparq a great place to work!
