Awards season is well and truly here, and our teams from all over the world have lots to celebrate this month. We’ve also been making some great work with Samsung Electronics , turning a live tour into the ultimate product demonstration; and we've put humour at the heart of our latest viral campaign with Booking.com . A winning month at We Are Social 

We’ve had a series of big wins across the agency this month including our team in the U.S. taking home two wins at The Drum Marketing Awards for their work with adidas, and picking up another win at the Hashtag Sports Awards. We also picked up recognition at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in the form of a win for our Australia team for their contribution to Mastercard ’s TOUCH campaign, and a shortlist in France for our team’s campaign for Bâtard | Dog Social Club to encourage dog blood donation.

Booking.com: Brooklyn is a Certified Genius 


Our Amsterdam and Narrative teams partnered with Brooklyn Peltz-Beckham to help promote Booking.com 's revamped Genius programme and the chance to win a Brooklyn-inspired trip. The film, written in a mockumentary style, shows Brooklyn poking fun at his varied career choices while taking on his newest title as ‘professional traveller’. He clumsily navigates his way through New York, taking full advantage of Booking.com’s Genius programme perks.

TikTok is turning aspirational content into satire 


“I earn $300,000. I’m 23. I drive a Porsche.” This soundbite overlays a clip of a young woman showing off the luxury car she bought with her earnings as a sales rep. But, rather than providing a boost of motivation, the content has become a dumping ground for all the weirdness, irony, and sarcasm of the internet. Across the board, people seem much more inspired to mock the original creator than to mould themselves in her image. Explore it on our culture-focused Instagram publication, The Feed.

Samsung X Tate McRae 


Our team in Australia worked with Samsung Electronics to turn pop superstar Tate McRae’s live tour into the ultimate product demonstration. Showcasing the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra’s unmatched camera and AI features, they engaged an army of influencers to capture a crowd-sourced music video. The video was filmed across McRae’s world tour dates, with the music video integrating footage from each influencer, leveraging the device’s features and capturing the essence of the live experience.
