TourRadar in Toronto grows BDM team

I am really proud to announce that TourRadar has more than doubled the business development team based in Toronto. We have come a long way since we opened up our Toronto doors in 2015 and it is great to bring some new and familiar faces to the TourRadar family. We knew that in order to ensure continued success with our current operator partners while growing our supply, we needed to bring in some industry professionals that understand what we do at TourRadar. We now have a team of five focusing on the Americas to ensure that our travelers continue having the widest range of options possible

To complement the expertise of Mai-Anh Dinh, previously at G Adventures, and Jillian Bailey who have both been on the business development team for over a year, TourRadar has hired Jennifer Cheng, Kaitlyn Duggan and Roy Reif.

Roy Reif, previously a Business Development Manager at Topdeck Travel for Eastern North America, was also a trip leader at Topdeck and Discover Banff Tours followed by several operations roles at the Intrepid Group. Kaitlyn Duggan, whom I have personally worked with for five plus years during my Intrepid Group days, has also joined the team with an extensive background in the industry. Most recently she worked at WE, and Umapped, a travel-tech startup. TourRadar has also hired a Business Development Coordinator, Jennifer Cheng, to work closely with the managers to ensure the growth in the Americas is being pushed forward and running as efficiently as possible.
