Inizio carried out a comprehensive two-phase research study using multiple methodologies between December 2023- February 2024. This study involved collecting feedback from employees in global pharmaceutical companies who are responsible for organizing and managing congress events. The main goal of this research was to identify the challenges faced by congress planners in the pharma industry, determine effective solutions to overcome these challenges, and ultimately enhance the success of future congress events.
