Listen and learn what is the impact and signficance of owning a business as a multi cultural women, or being elevated in a corporation that is publicly traded company. What kind of influence has it made and how has it impacted your ability to transform and grow, if at all.

Minority women are the fastest growing segment in small business and they are increasing faster than those owned by men according to Fortune. This is why multicultural women must use our voice. We need to continue to use this platform and others to have open dialogue to strengthen relationship between women executives and entrepreneurs. We need to cultivate the next generation. We must be W.E.W Women Elevating Women. . We must participate on these kinds of platforms and introduce them into corporations so we can be our authentic self. Why? Because diversity and inclusions matters. We must live by our motto: Encourage. Inspire. Elevate.
