REFLECTING ON 2020 AND WHAT IT HAS MEANT FOR SIMPLY

2020 was a year full of challenges that none of us could have predicted or prepared for.

Although there have been many difficult moments, with a need to adapt as quickly as possible, the Coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the strength and resilience of not only the Simply team but the whole nation.

Despite the uncertainty of the past year, Simply has been incredibly fortunate to have had a strong working presence at a range of sites across London and the South East.

I personally am extremely grateful that our sector has proved itself to be a stable and integral part of our country’s needs during such difficult times.

We have been proud to work alongside the NHS at COVID test sites, within the region, to provide services including effluent tank empties, fresh water deliveries and toilet waste removal.

Visiting these sites has been one of our top priorities and I am incredibly appreciative and thankful for the amazing Simply team who have gone above and beyond to deliver essential works during such challenging months.

We have been in the lucky position of being able to grow the Simply family and welcome some new faces to our team. With many people having suffered job losses throughout 2020, we are grateful to be working in an industry that has allowed us to create more job opportunities for local people.

Not only has the security of working throughout the national lockdowns, and the year, had a positive effect on our employee’s mental wellbeing, but the sense of teamwork has really shone through.

The Simply team are there for each other no matter the ups or downs, whether that’s through a friendly smile, or greeting in the yard, or helping to deliver essential works within quick turnaround times. Our team has continued to put our clients first, ensuring we can continue to provide a stress-free service during such difficult restrictions.

I want to say thank you to each and every member of the Simply team for their commitment towards giving back and providing an outstanding 365-day service to all of our clients.

You have all gone above and beyond to exceed expectations and uphold our reputation of being trusted and reliable.

I’d also really like to thank our wonderful clients.

The Coronavirus pandemic has shown just how strong our client relationships are and throughout 2020 we have been committed to providing stress-free solutions to everyone we work with.

As we start 2021, myself and the rest of the Simply team look forward to continuing to deliver high quality services.
