I have BIG news from The Sterling Choice that I am going to shout about for the foreseeable.

We are now operating across not one, not two, but THREE continents.

Our UAE office in Dubai is now up and running. After various projects with clients across the region, we made the decision to officially open an office there. Alongside our UK office and Raleigh branch in the US, this expansion is going to take us to the next level.

The engineering and manufacturing industry in the UAE is BOOMING, but so are we. The team have already started connecting exciting and innovative companies with the very best talent.

Take food and beverage company Nutridor’s recent recruitment for 200 new roles at its newly opened facility in Dubai Industrial City, for example. The Gulf region imports up to 90% of dairy products so there is a huge requirement to have more locally based manufacturing sites there.

Start-ups, local and emerging organisations are also incredibly active at hiring at a regional level right now.

So, there you have it. Both new start-ups and existing players are recognising the business opportunities and benefits that come with locating and hiring in the UAE.
