Putting Together The Puzzle

You ever feel like your business is like a puzzle that has scattered pieces and you aren't sure how they all fit together? Well you are not alone. This is actually a pretty common thing we see in businesses.

In this week's newsletter I want to share some steps you can take to start putting the puzzle together in an efficient and effective way.

  • Dump out all the pieces so you know what you are working with.
  • Figure out what pieces fit and don't fit. Don't get caught up in this process and feel like you have to do it ALLL in your business. Remember your business can evolve over time, you only need to understand what needs to be done right now.
  • Organize it. Implement some tools to get it organized so you know which direction you are going in.
  • Plan what actions your taking. When you have a plan with some dates for accountability you will see results.

This is the way the puzzle comes together. So many times as business owners we tend to get caught up in the business and all we need to do is to take a step back, review things, make some quick changes and move on. We have seen this work multiple times and here is an example of how we implemented this for one of our clients:
