Our new view of the West End

Our new view of the West End

After 20 years based in Mayfair, and not just Mayfair, south east Mayfair no less, we have just made the bold step across Regent Street to Soho. Our view from the top floor of 33 Cork Street was Louis Vuitton and Dior, which was coupled with the noise of Native Land shaking the ground as it presses on with its Burlington Gate scheme. Now we find ourselves at the top of Kingly Court in the 'glass box' at 21 Ganton Street overlooking this vibrant courtyard with its uber trendy shops, restaurants and oh did I mention, the Triyoga Studio? We can even see the Shard, beyond the chimney pots of Soho.

Already we love our new home. Other than spending an eye watering amount on fitting out the floor to our own needs and the fresh clean feel that a new start always brings, the energy levels among the team are soaring and we are very much open for business.

I'm not sure that we will fully embrace the Soho culture by cultivating the obligatory Shoreditch beard or sporting skinny jeans hanging 4 inches above the ankle, but we may give consideration to loosening our ties and perhaps even undoing our top buttons on Friday afternoons.

We are Ashwell Rogers and specialise in office agency, development and investment across Central London and strongly believe in proving concise professional advice forged from years of specialist experience.

Please pop by for a coffee and a chat. We'd love to hear from you.
