DataArt Support Ukraine Initiative

Updated: July, 2024

DataArt and partners within the Support Ukraine Initiative raise and facilitate humanitarian aid to finance initiatives by volunteers, who are bravely delivering aid to remote areas not typically covered by large humanitarian aid channels.

Our colleagues have shown incredible courage, determination, endurance, and genuine empathy from the beginning of the war. They are protecting their country militarily, organizing evacuations, delivering humanitarian aid, and doing other volunteer work. Despite the extensive volunteer work, our colleagues are involved in, they continue to deliver on their DataArt projects.

We are repeatedly asked for ways to support us, so we have come up with a continuously growing list of the Support Ukraine Initiative reports and initiatives of our colleagues that help Ukraine. Contribute>>>

Tanya Golubyeva, Сonsultant and Engagement Manager at DataArt was initially helping gather and organize information for people leaving the war zone as well as sharing her home with colleagues and friends who were moving to the West. She later realized that she could also help by sharing her expertise in crisis management. Tanya started hosting webinars and training sessions, teaching fast decision-making, reorientation, and how to adapt plans to a changing reality during a crisis. One important strategy, she says, is to stick as much as possible to the ‘pre-war’ routine which works to bring you closer to a pre-war state emotionally. Learn more >>>
