Our 2023 Year in Review
God has done amazing things through our church this year, and it's such an honor to work alongside Him in fulfilling His mission.
We have a diverse team, with people of all backgrounds and roles—from Operations Pastor to Senior Product Designer. We're so grateful for every single person who helps make our mission possible!
At Life.Church, we will do anything short of sin to reach people who don’t know Christ. To reach people no one is reaching, we’ll have to do things no one is doing. From Bible translation to celebrating life change, we are beyond excited to share our 2023 Year in Review.
The Bible App – Everyone. Everywhere. Everyday.
This year marked the 15th anniversary of the Bible App by YouVersion, which has reached millions of people worldwide. We are so grateful for its impact on so many lives, and we look forward to all that God will continue to do through the Bible App!
The Bible App for Kids hit a major milestone this spring – 100 million downloads! This is such a huge accomplishment, and it's incredible to think about the impact this app has had on spreading God’s Word to children all over the world. We're so proud to be a part of this incredible project and can't wait to see what the future holds.
And that’s not all! This year, the Bible App now has over 3,000 versions of the Bible in over 2,000 languages. No matter where you are or what language you speak, you can connect with the Word of God every day. Download the Bible App now.
Family Reunion
In October, our staff members from every Life.Church location gathered for Family Reunion—an annual staff event to worship, celebrate, and grow in our faith.
Every year, team members and their spouses attend a range of breakout sessions from parenting to leadership development, have dedicated team-building time, and hear from our passionate leadership team. This year, we were also blessed to learn from our incredible guest speaker, Christine Caine, founder of The A21 Campaign
We were honored to celebrate milestones for many team team members who have faithfully served for 5-20 years, including Pastor Sam Roberts and Pastor Jerry Hurley for their 25 years of faithful service to the mission of Life.Church! At Life.Church, we truly believe that nothing is more fun than serving God with the people you love.

Global Partnerships
Every person on this earth matters to God. Life.Church is committed to translating God’s Word into every language, supporting people in crisis, equipping churches to transform their communities, and planting churches around the world.
We know that we can’t do this on our own. We rely on trusted partnerships with several established organizations who share our passion and purpose to see people come to know Christ. This year, our Global Mission Partners have been able to provide help for exploited children, refugee support, provision for those experiencing daily food scarcity, and so much more.

What’s Happening at Our Life.Church Locations?
Life.Church has 44 locations in 12 states, where God has allowed us to reach and serve our communities. From partnering with 130 Local Mission Partners to celebrating life change through Baptism, God did exciting things at every location!
Jesus calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and we’re all about it. Together with our Local Mission Partners, we helped transform our cities in five local focus areas – families, justice, education, well-being, and community empowerment. More people gathered than nearly any other week in the history of our church for our Easter services. We saw over 145,000 people come together to celebrate the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus!
This year, we saw 7,620 people take the next step in their faith journey by going public with their faith through Baptism. Nothing is better than celebrating all that God has done in and through everyone who takes this next step.
Finally, we’re finishing the year with something special—Christmas At the Movies! This event is for everyone in the family, with Christmas movies, songs, and treats. Looking Ahead
So as we move from one year to the next, we believe that we have more opportunities to reach more people and impact the Kingdom. This year, we served the King, and we’re just getting started.
