Life is Too Short to Spend it at WAR With Yourself

Life is Too Short to Spend it at WAR With Yourself

Too often in my life, I've been my own worst critic and enemy. Can you relate to this?

Too many times I've been at war with myself rather than at peace.

I've come to realize that I was born to have peace and happiness and abundance in my life. But first, I had to learn to LOVE myself, to BELIEVE in myself and to CHEER for myself.

This is true for you too! I want to remind you that you that YOU were born to be happy. YOU were born to EXPERIENCE the ABUNDANCE and BLESSINGS of this life.

Today, you MUST become your own biggest fan and STOP being your own worst critic. Life really is too short to be at war with yourself.

You no longer have to be the casualty of a war that only exists in your mind!

It all starts with YOU loving YOU.

"How," you ask? These things are simply our choices and decisions we make every day. They shape our patterns and habits.

Give yourself a break. It’s time to end this battle within you. The war is over. It’s time to celebrate life. To enjoy life, to embrace all the ups and downs of life, as your own best ally.

Be an advocate for yourself.

You are always there for everyone else. It’s time to be there for YOU, for once! Stand up for yourself . Take your life back, take your spirit back, Now!

Life is beautiful. Life is precious, and Life is short. Spend it in PEACE and not at WAR with yourself. Love you some YOU today.

God loves you as his own child, he made you special and unique. He wants to you to feel his peace and strength.

You are supposed to experience life’s beauty, abundance, and blessings. You deserve it!  #MAXOUT

Loser Drop-out Addict Skid Some of the labels I’ve had growing up. It took me a long time to call myself: University graduate Justice Institute graduate Fitness buff Published author Professional firefighter 🔥 Business owner If I accepted my early labels and believed that’s who I was, I would be in big trouble. Accepting who you are including your “past” can be the most liberating thing you EVER do! You are NOT what you’ve done at some prior time in your life. You are YOU from start to finish 💪

Three years ago I relocated my family to Charleston, SC to take the next step in my career and begin to build business for the company I love working for. This was a huge step from the Technical World to the Business World. I was on a high for a solid six months.  This article describes exactly what I have been going through.  I was beating myself up and indirectly it was affecting my wife, girls and my ability to move forward.  Success takes patience and persistence by pressing on and finding joy in each and every moment. This article puts words to the struggle in front of me.  Recapturing joy is key to moving forward.  Thanks Ed #presson

Absolutely noteworthy! “...give yourself a break...cheer yourself...be your own advocate.” Sometimes, we tend to ignore the most important factor in this equation of LIFE, US_ OURSELVES! If only we could appreciate progress in no matter how tiny form it presents, if we could be content with the simple things...there is beauty and abundance all around us. Note to self! Ed Mylett this is beautiful!
