Let the adventure begin! Throughout my career, I have always found myself the most engaged and happiest when working on market transitions focused on new growth. With that goal in mind, I couldn’t be more thrilled to share that I have taken a new role as VP of Global Channel Sales with Five9.

The vision of this company, based on its history of successful customer outcomes and a winning culture, brought me here and the opportunity has me excited for what the future has in store. Five9 is absolutely the leading provider of the intelligent cloud contact center - helping companies create extraordinary customer experiences #CX that customers love.

Together with the great team in place, our plan is to capitalize on the substantially underpenetrated $24B+ Total Addressable Market for Cloud Contact Center – where millions of agents and thousands of customers are ready for a more impactful and meaningful customer experience.

In my process of joining Five9, it became clear from every employee, partner or customer discussion this is a culture driven by a passion to transform contact centers into customer engagement centers of excellence. More importantly, I could tell this was a culture built on partnership – both internally and externally. The pioneer in me simply couldn’t resist joining in this effort!

With the objective to help contact centers of every size create and consistently deliver powerful customer connections around the globe, I’m excited to join a company that is focused on expanding the role of partnerships globally. Five9 today has an extensive ecosystem of value-add partners of all types and sizes - many enhance the Five9 cloud contact center platform with leading customer relationship management (CRM), analytics, workforce management, performance management solutions, expanded UCaaS/telephony solutions and more.

Our plan now is to expand our role as a trusted partner to address even more of the market together. Five9 takes great pride in taking the time to understand our customers’ requirements, tailoring deployments to specific needs and performing data collection and analytics to improve operations, optimize usage, and drive better business outcomes. We’re now taking this same thoughtfulness to drive each of our strategic routes to market to expanded heights.
