Meta Angels, an NFT project that is a leader in Web 3, is a great example of an NFT Lending program. Through Latino Society, I am a recipient and holder of Angel of Words.
The Latino Society features 10,000 unique NFTs that transport your PFP to a beautiful destination evocative of our Latino heritage.
Meta Angels represent the vastness and similarity between us all. Created from the same base, our angels showcase beauty in diversity. Strong, kind, and generous, they stand for the better world that we build together through our actions. Each Meta Angel NFT is a membership card into the vibrant community.
As I was preparing for the girl's NFT summer camp this summer, I met up with Michelle through the community discord for Meta Angels, who lent me her Angel so I could show the girls a successful NFT project, community, and careers in Web 3. Soon after meeting Michelle, I learned how she got into web 3, crypto, and was raised in Canada, the birthplace of Etherium, as well as her social activism for equity and transformation. After a discussion about Beauté in Tech magazine, one of the publications I publish for women in tech plus beauty, fashion, and NFTS, I learned about Des Femmes Magazine and Cryptosociety.
Collaboration goes a long way to bring different demographics together as this collaboration has done so successfully.
The community is where most people find the value an NFT brings.
The community lives on discord, but its impact is felt in real life.
If you are someone who does not want to deal with the process of adding fiat money into your crypto wallet or you can't afford to buy an NFT there is a way to borrow an NFT through the Meta Angels Lending program.

Latino Society is a platform for me to connect to my Latino roots, find other members who share my heritage, and interact with all community members from everywhere. Through the collaboration between Meta Angels and Latino Society, I was able to meet other recipients.
To conclude, I have established meaningful relationships within the NFT community since we are all on this Web 3 journey together, some with great initiatives and others at their own pace, but we all have a positive outlook about the future of the next era of the Internet.
