It's an exciting time for us as we see the Salata family grow and thrive across the Lone Star State and beyond. I'm excited to share that Salata is rapidly expanding across Texas, with numerous markets already sold out!
We still have a few prime spots open for development, including Forney, Terrell, Rowlett, Garland, North Carrollton, South Carrollton, Elizabethtown (Roanoke), Keller, Watauga, Bedford North Hurst, Stockyards (North Ft Worth), White Settlement (West Ft Worth), South Ft Worth, Everman, Crowley, North Mansfield, Love Field, Bishop Arts, East Downtown Dallas, North East Downtown Dallas, and Murphy/Wylie. Plus, prime East Texas locations like Tyler, Longview, and Nacogdoches.
We recently celebrated the grand opening of our latest location in Frisco, led by multi-unit franchisee, Michael Mina. And we've got more exciting launches on the horizon, including the much-anticipated restaurants in Lubbock, Midlothian, and Richmond, Texas.
