Inclusion: Isn't it About Time?

As we navigate our way through the whirlwind of transformation - from social movements like Pride Month, to sustainability efforts inspired by World Environment Day, to the ever-changing economic landscape - one thing seems clear. 'Inclusion' is no longer just a nice-to-have, it's a must-have.

A recent NY Times article made me sit up and take notice. It suggested that strategies like "America First" could potentially knock us back with a 20% loss in wealth. Even more sobering? The ones who would feel the pinch the most are those who haven't really gained much from free global trade anyway.

This throws up a big question posed by Wallace-Wells: Where are we heading with all these changes? Amidst the twists and turns, a clear path doesn't seem to be in sight.

But maybe that's where 'inclusion' comes in. It's like a compass guiding us to consider who's been left out in the cold by our economic systems and societies.

So let's think about this: What does 'inclusion' really mean for us, as individuals and communities? How can we weave it into the fabric of our transformation processes? What could it mean for the future we're all going to share?
