How to boost your nonprofit goals by training your team to use AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the ability to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and innovation for both individuals and organizations. For nonprofits, it can be a transformative force, serving as a catalyst for increasing impact and optimizing operations. By integrating AI, nonprofits can allocate resources more effectively, engage donors on a personal level, and deliver services more efficiently, thereby amplifying their influence in the communities they serve.

To support your nonprofit's mission and boost productivity throughout your organization, we’ve partnered with TechSoup to create the Microsoft Digital Skills Center for Nonprofits. From microlearning videos to full learning paths, these skilling resources will meet your team where they are with skills for every role and level.

TechSoup’s webinars are each one hour. They work well as assigned individual training, pre-work for a team meeting, or even to watch as a team with discussion about how the knowledge can be implemented. AI for Nonprofits: what you need to know is a great starting point.

Guides – form your team’s plan for using AI responsibly

The TechSoup team has created guides to help you navigate daunting elements of AI integration. These guides provide a thorough overview of a given topic and can be downloaded and referenced daily as you and your team integrate AI into your organization’s processes. This guide about AI use policies is a great one to reference as a nonprofit leader.
