Great angle Dinis Guarda. Mental health & productivity are inextricably linked and corporations are starting to recognize it. Iceland has adopted a 4day workweek without paycuts. Other countries are piloting because the burnout issue is on the rise.

I think the social aspect of ESG is increasingly important for employees who are working from home and are connected online only. The social element of working together is reduced to close to zero when working from home. It hurts operations. colleagues do not become friends do not engage socially, productivity will suffer on the long run. This will be the biggest challenge of the home office world in my opinion.

fully agree Dinis Guarda - workplace mental health wellness is very much an ESG issue, and there are far too many 'watermelons' out there (a watermelon is a company that looks 'green' on the surface...)
