Best advice I've ever given myself.
It's the small stuff that can make or break your day.
It took me a long time to learn that you may as well drink your coffee while it's hot and enjoy it.
All the “stuff” will still be there when you’re done.
In other words, do the hardest thing, take care of yourself so you can be your best self for others.
A few more things I've learned along the way.
💎 Be kind. Why not. It’s always better than the alternative.
💎 Focus on your employees. See it from their point of view.
💎 Focus on your customers. See it from their point of view.
💎 Communicate clearly. Your part of the communication isn’t over until those being communicated to understand.
😂 And have fun every day! Why not. You're the leader. Set the example you want.
