The last day in Leeds marked a reflective and collaborative day at UKREiiF . This allowed us to focus on the broader themes and key messages that define the event, celebrating the synergy between ‘Team London’ as part of the wider ‘Team UK’ and the importance of unity and collective effort in driving transformation across the UK. 

London has consistently ranked as the number one city for cross-border real estate investment over the past five years, boasting a trillion-dollar economy and unparalleled multiculturalism. This track record solidifies its status as the world's greatest city to invest in.

This year, Opportunity London launched its first-ever investment prospectus, featuring nine schemes seeking £9.5 billion, over a dozen off-market deals, and more than 100 projects spanning all London Boroughs. This ambitious initiative underscores the city's dedication to driving growth and development.

The collaboration between London and Manchester, the two largest city-regions, is a testament to the power of working together to drive innovative, fair, and sustainable change, prioritising the well-being of people and places.

As UKREiiF comes to a close, the foundations laid by discussions and collaborations on days like these will pave the way for future success.
