COV-19: A message to all our customers and stakeholders

I trust you, your families and colleagues are safe and well during these unprecedented times.

At Camlin, we take our duty very seriously to work together with our customers to ensure the resilience of the energy and rail networks. During this time, we also want to reassure you that we will continue to support our customer organisations and operations to the absolute best of our abilities though this COVID 19 crisis.

We understand that you are facing increased pressure to keep networks operating efficiently, whilst facing resource constraints and uncertainty. In response to this we are implementing our business continuity plans and our senior leadership team are reviewing these regularly to ensure they remain fit for purpose as circumstances unfold. Protecting our supply chain and production is essential to this, and we are working closely with our excellent network of supply chain partners and adapting stock management in order to safeguard the flow of goods. We are following best practice to mitigate risk, and our teams are working diligently, with multiple contingency plans in place, to ensure our manufacturing operations continue.

We also want to provide as much practical help as we can. Our field service team are on hand to provide remote assistance and video instruction. Online training options such as pre-recorded training videos and live training via video conference are also available. If you require other more bespoke options, please do get in touch.

These are evolving times and we are continuing to monitor and act accordingly to the developments of this global outbreak to ensure the safety of all our staff and stakeholder community.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me personally if you have any questions or concerns and do let us know if you have any ideas on how best Camlin can support you.

Thanks,

Peter
