We recently sat down with Reece, one of our senior delivery consultants, to discuss his career journey and why he chose Cititec Talent. Here’s what he shared with us:

Before I became a recruiter, I worked as a tennis coach and ski instructor. Funnily enough, I used to tell everyone that I'd never work in an office. Life has its surprises, right? One of my favourite things about coming into the office is the atmosphere - everyone gets on with their work, but there’s always some room for friendly banter and a chat. I also always feel like I can ask anyone a question or for help when I need it. After work, you’ll often find me playing a game of table tennis in our kitchen. And believe me, if I didn’t really enjoy coming into the office as much as I do, I wouldn’t stay a second longer!
