Dear Partners,

2021 has definitely been another year that has been marked by the turmoil caused in the global economy by COVID-19 - two waves in 2020 and another two this year. Higher manufacturing and shipping costs, massive increases in air freight prices, delays in global supply chains, and highly volatile exchange rates are just a few of the many difficulties we all had to face this year. Despite all these serious problems, I would like to present what M-TECH has achieved this year:

First of all, the Automechanika Frankfurt 2021 trade fair. It was the most important event this year for our company, and we count it as successful without a doubt. The fair was very limited in many aspects, but we still managed to awaken huge amounts of positive energy and motivation among our team. All seven departments of M-TECH did an excellent job in the preparation process as well as on site of the event. Thanks to this enormous teamwork, the sales department has managed to obtain numerous promising business contacts, which has already been reflected in satisfying sales figures. Here at M-TECH we believe that Automechanika Frankfurt 2021 is only the beginning of changes allowing us to build new relationships and mutual trust on new rules in the post-covid world.

Secondly, M-TECH has always strived to be a supplier of a wide range of products with sufficient stock levels. We have had many ambitious plans to expand our product range and release products of our own designs, based on the latest lighting technologies, and many of them have been realized. Despite not being able to visit China, the purchasing and R&D departments rose to the challenge. With the right purchasing strategy, our purchasing department made M-TECH one of the best stocked companies in the industry. At the same time, the R&D department introduced new LED retrofit models, as well as PRO series workshop lights. Further results of their hard work are currently in production and testing, so there are plenty of new products coming our way.

The marketing department is another department that has resiliently faced 2021. The team implemented — after months of hard work — a new website, refined the B2B panel and unified the company's audio-visual communication. Thanks to this accomplishment, just in 2021 - M-TECH is a brand that inspires rightful trust at first glance. We continually create educational content, expert articles, and press releases. You can already find our content in five most important automotive portals in Poland. Moreover, our products have gained users' trust, and we have been nominated to the PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2021 ranking organized by AUTOEXPERT.

Sales, marketing, purchasing and R&D, can invent the best product in the world, manufacture, import, promote and then sell it in millions - but none of this would be possible without efficient logistics management, which is why our logistics and warehouse departments also play a key role in the functioning of our company, ensuring the highest level of service.

All departments have been mathematically connected by the analysis and controlling department and administration. Thanks to the first you have access — via the sales department — to any analysis that can be constructed in an excel file. In addition, a separate analysis department is a great mathematical support for purchases. The administration department will be helpful in any situation related to accounting.

The company I manage is the only one in the Automotive Lighting Econo segment to have its own logistics office in China, which is crucial for the organization of sea, rail and air transport. All goods safely reach our Partners, both from the central warehouse in Poland and directly from China. Thanks to delegating Poles to Shanghai, we are always able to respond to problems, not only logistical ones. Especially now, in these difficult times, where the situation in transport and production process is very dynamic, such office is an invaluable support. The modern facility in Zabrze, commissioned at the beginning of 2020, is an element which completes the puzzle. With a team of professionals and a warehouse with a capacity of over 5,500 pallet places, M-TECH is probably in first place in its segment in the industry in terms of stock levels.

We want to emphasize that the relationships that M-TECH has with existing and future partners often go beyond the usual business formula. That's why we too, in this message, would like to go beyond the usual business etiquette and let you know that M-TECH management will do everything within reach to make this 2022 a better one for you. M-TECH has come out of every previous crisis stronger, not through luck, but through ideas, goals and iron consistency in implementing them. This coming year will be no different. Many difficult decisions and a lot of hard work await us, our manufacturers, but also you. But what awaits you for sure from our side are the potential opportunities that are already slowly appearing on the market in the segment of lighting.

In the coming year 2022 I wish you, both on behalf of myself, the Board of Directors and all M-TECH employees: firstly health, secondly health, and thirdly and fourthly - optimism and prosperity!
