The paper by Joseph Parilla, Glencora Haskins, and Mark Muro published by #Brookings Metro (https://www.brookings.edu/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/BBBRC-compendium-may-2024-final3.pdf) is really interesting. Place-based economic policies as part of the Build Back Better Regional Challenge are an excellent example of the ongoing implementation of an industrial policy agenda. There is so much to learn from the implementing agencies themselves.

Very much looking forward to Brookings' legal briefs and commentary on a wide range of issues. Of particular importance will be your efforts to protect our democratic processes. Thanks for advocating for ethical government, and for helping us to be better informed citizens. So much is at stake. e.g., https://www.brookings.edu/articles/could-a-single-faithless-elector-cost-joe-biden-the-presidency/
