Americans in the Dominican Republic

Hi Everyone, just wanted to plant a few seeds of something that is coming. So, my core business has been recruiting, payrolling and assigning English/Spanish speaking college graduates from the DR to work as lower cost and remote based recruiters and recruiting assistants with corporations and staffing firms in the USA. This led me to finding several Americans living in the DR who can work remote for American companies at the lower Dominican pay rates due to the currency conversion. Finally, although my focus has been on recruiting the reality is an American living in the DR can be trained to do most any type of remote work such as technical or customer support at the lower Dominican pay rates.
