Reflecting on her tenure at ResMed, our guest shared insights into driving organizational growth through effective HR strategies. By implementing comprehensive talent management strategies and revamping recruitment processes, ResMed successfully attracted top-tier talent and streamlined the onboarding experience across geographies.
