Ostrich meat being trialed in Tesco

Ostrich and other exotic / healthy alternatives to the traditional meats have long been available in pubs and restaurants but how will they go down in retail in the UK? Should we be wary of the provenance? In a recent study by Stellenbosch University 68% of South African (the source country for Tesco's Ostrich) meat products were mislabeled. Mainly they contained chicken and pork but water Buffalo was also discovered.
