👏 👏For the second year in a row, a team of Zicklin School of Business undergraduates has won the Student Cybersecurity Case Competition, organized by the ISACA New York Metropolitan Chapter, an international professional association focused on risk governance. The winners were announced at an ISACA spring membership event on May 23rd. Congrats to Maria Antonov (BBA, ’27), Rosa Gomez Escoto (BBA, ’25), and Dylan Gaznabbi (BBA, ’24), all computer information systems (CIS) majors. Karpinska, MS, MBA, FACHE (Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration, '02) was profiled on US Sailing's news site about representing the USA in the World Championship in Mixed Offshore Double-Handed sailing in Lorient, France. “Distance races embody sailing in its purest form, and since 2019, I have been actively involved in pioneering Mixed Offshore Doublehanded sailing as a new Olympic discipline,” shared Karpinska. “It is a privilege and an honor to represent a country on the international stage."
