I am really excited about these new products that use AI to help gather insights. Here's some that I think are awesome: - Dovetail: user research platform, uses AI to surface insights -Zelta AI: distills insights from sales calls - Intercom: just said they are doubling down on AI both for support and generating insights - unitQ: generating insights after asking for user feedback What else out there that you're using to make better strategic decisions? While this is exciting, I feel it will make PMs lazier on discovery. My example: if you have ever been given a summary after user research vs sitting down and listening or, more importantly, watching what users are doing. You gain way more insights seeing and hearing for yourself. You pick up things others might not. Or say Hmm, that is interesting.

I agree with your excitement on this. They're at the core of a product problem that while it is exactly what we're here to solve, we'll take any help we can get! In that, there will always be a firehose of opportunity flowing into a garden hose of capacity. I really believe that this doesn't change even when an org/product scales. Maybe both get bigger but there is always more "could" to sift through for what "should be done right now". We've been using Zeda (https://zeda.io) for this for some time help us securely sift, store, and work along side AI when it comes to our product discovery details. Big thanks to Prashant Mahajan his team!

Check out Version Lens (Pontus Gifvas), Velma (Justin Curhan), ProdCamp (Matei C.) all exciting startups operating in this space, I have explored recently. Liad Itzhak is cooking up something very impressive here too... Less able to share right now though.
