Helping Busy Professionals Create Wealth, Financial Freedom and Passive Income While Making a Positive Impact Through Lower Risk Real Estate Investments | See Below👇🏼

This was a money pit losing $3,400 per month! I thought we would NEVER be done. But this fix and flip is at the finish line🙌🏼 It’s taken 2.5 yrs to get permits and 6 months to build. Imagine having to pay interest on a house that you planned to be done in 1 year but took 3x as long and completely out of your control?!? In the end, this home will house a local family and we will hopefully break even. But is EXACTLY why I started investing passively. I’d rather have less stress and headaches because even though you could make more doing it yourself… You could lose more too! Would you want to make money or potentially lose it all?? Type MONEY in the comment section!  👇🏻👇🏻 And let me know why you love real estate investing / passive investing too!

I see you're implementing "Floor Time," ZASHA. Apparently it's actually shown to reduce stress during a workday. So keep it up!

ZASHA SMITH, P.E. Passive investing in real estate offers several benefits, including potential for steady cash flow, diversification of investment portfolio, and the possibility of capital appreciation. It allows investors to earn income without the day-to-day management of properties.

It isnt always a triple digit flip as you know but you’re still fulfilling part of the purpose by providing housing and not (technically) losing money if you break even. I resonate with your picture there.

Your perseverance paid off real big ZASHA SMITH, P.E.! The best part of passive investing is the incredible impact it allows us make in the lives of our loved ones.

That’s how I feel after every deal… even if it’s a huge win profit-wise, it remains bittersweet as every deal exacts its pound of flesh.

This is why I emphasize the importance of strategic financial planning and passive income streams. Less stress, more stability. Real estate can be rewarding, but smart investments are key.
