I was shocked in reading this article describing the CEO of Goldman Sachs as leading through fear and screaming at his employees. The Board has allowed this as long as he is producing results. At the same time, the firm has lost top talent from all levels of the organization. When will the business world say enough is enough and remove toxic leaders like this?
