Demonstrating benefits of regenerative agriculture to ag-business and ag retailer partners is key to mainstreaming soil health. From 1–>10 scaling up stage, we used 5 years to demo a promising idea in China to becoming a well-established and thriving practice in real farming land. The one-stop ag farming service platform MAP in Syngenta Group shifted from hard “NO” 5 years ago to a series of conservation tillage promotion videos now. Five years ago MAP got confused why environmental organization taught them how to do farming. Five years the time length in agriculture would take to shift the mindset and behavior. Agriculture transformation is not easy and no shortcut or silver bullet.
