Meet the team 👇🏻 Henry's journey with Corpore began in the summer of 2018, stepping into the public relations field as an intern. Coming from a background in political science and economics, he found himself in unfamiliar territory. Yet, by 2019, after a couple more internships and a steep learning curve, he became a full-time member of the Corpore family. For him, it's been a path filled with growth 📈 and unexpected opportunities. Working in PR, especially on public affairs projects, has opened his eyes to the intricacies of communicating in a complex world. Every client and project brings its own set of challenges, from navigating the nuances of pharmaceuticals to the fast-paced world of consumer electronics, fintech, IPOs, and bond issues. His foray into digital strategies, particularly in crafting compelling social media narratives, has allowed him to blend creativity with strategic communication on many occasions. Outside the office, Henry's life is a blend of personal passions and hobbies. From rigorous workouts at the gym and delving into mostly non-fiction books 📚 to exploring obscure knowledge online and DJing at local speakeasies and private events, these activities provide a creative outlet and balance to his professional life. One memorable day encapsulates the diversity of Henry's role: transitioning from a critical meeting on a public affairs project to rushing through the rain 🌧️ to deliver cat litter to a local celebrity’s home for a social media campaign. It's these moments, filled with unpredictability and a hint of surrealism, that highlight the dynamic nature of PR. Reflecting on his time at Corpore, it's the continuous learning and the breadth of experiences, from public affairs to digital storytelling, that Henry values. Each day offers new challenges and opportunities for growth, making this journey not just a job, but a passion. Also, the coffee ☕. The coffee is excellent…

Here's what happened behind our screens this week! 😱 Chief Operating Officer Beatriz Gómez Moreno: "Most of my time is about the daily grind of operations, but this week's focus was on the human side, connecting with new people, and looking for ways to do what GORM does best. This was a much-needed reminder of why I love what I do as a social psychologist (including a few teardrops). Let's keep chasing our passions and letting them guide us forward."🫂 Creative Production Executive Marcos Garcia: "This week has been a significant learning experience for me in terms of video editing. Every new project brings challenges, which translates into personal growth. I'm happy for that!"🌱 Digital Marketing and Communications Executive Eilís Walsh: "I feel things are really coming together in terms of a project we've been working on here at GORM and I'm both proud of my colleagues and myself for our individual parts in pushing this project to be the best it can be." 😍 Communications Intern Lorna Kaufmann: "My To Do list has been endless this week and somehow everything feels immediate. I've really had to take a moment to prioritise tasks and remind myself not to beat myself up up when those less important things don't get done until next week."📃 The Wideshot Programme Coordinator Ayesha Syeddah: “Community building isn’t for the faint hearted.” 😅 #WeeklyRecap #LearningAndGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #SocialEnterprise #TeamWellbeing #WorkCulture #Ireland #TeamSkills #DiversityInclusion #InterculturalManagement #InternationalTeam

Oh my! I cannot believe it’s the end of the 21 Day #SellYourBrandWith Temi challenge but as they say “everything that has a beginning has an end.” I heard about this challenge during the Wealthier Me Workshop whilst I was talking about why I joined the program and Coach Temi Ajibewa mentioned that she felt I would benefit from the SYB challenge. I was looking for a way to showcase my unique value, skills and offerings. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I went on the SYB with an open mind. At the beginning I was unsure of what my offerings could be that someone would pay a fair price for. What I have gained has been mind boggling. My profile views have hit the roof (when you have been applying for jobs on LinkedIn you tend to check how many profile views you have); I have connected with a lot of people and more importantly I have discovered skills I didn’t know I had. I have received feedback from people urging me to continue with the posts and that they have enjoyed same. I am now unafraid to create relevant content about my business idea. And what a challenge it has been – from initially not knowing the Execution document had 3 columns (I viewed from my phone) so I couldn’t see all the daily tasks; to not knowing which one was Day 0 or Day 1 to me then looking at the daily tasks and thinking “wow, so Iyabo what are you going to say”. I had to play catchup, but I was so determined to make the best of this opportunity. In addition to that, I was unavoidably absent for a whole week but I caught up where I could. I would like to use this opportunity to thank my Cohort members for being understanding with my late posts – you guys’ rock and a special shout out to Brenda Unuavworho (MNIA) our Accountability Partner always checking in on me and sending private messages when she hasn’t seen nor heard from me. Today is graduation day and its happening on zoom at 8pm WAT yayy. For those interested in joining the zoom ceremony, here are the details: Meeting Id: 990 4172 1593 Passcode: 6122 Thank you for engaging with my posts and making me discover new skills I didn't know existed. #SellYourBrandWithTemi # Day22 Post

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 Raylen 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠? Here's an interesting fact about getting kids to work. I came across an article on DOJI TAIKEN [Japanese: Child's experience] In Japan, some companies have implemented - bring your child to work. These programs aren't just about shadowing parents - they're designed to be interactive, sparking the children's curiosity about the world of work. Instead of passive observation, doji taiken activities involve hands-on experiences tailored to the children's ages and interests. Children develop an understanding of their parents' work, boosting their sense of pride and fostering career aspirations. Here's a picture of my favorite little one - Raylen - daughter of our HR Specialist - Needhu Krishnan. It's Raylen's second gala meet at Sciative. 🚀 Excited for the Carbondale Young Professionals Speed Networking event tomorrow at Rt 51 Brewery! This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect, share ideas, and build your professional network. Best of all, it's free and open to everyone! As we gear up for this exciting event, it's crucial to have a polished elevator pitch ready. Here’s how you can prepare: Mastering Your Elevator Pitch Your elevator pitch is your chance to make a memorable first impression. It’s a brief, engaging introduction that showcases who you are, what you do, and why others should be interested. Here are the key components: Attention-Grabbing Opener: Start with something unique about yourself or an interesting fact. This could be your area of study, a notable project, or a recent achievement. Who You Are: Clearly state your name, current role, or what you are studying. Mention any relevant experiences or internships that define your professional journey. What You Do: Describe your current position or your area of expertise. Highlight your skills and what you bring to the table. Why It Matters: Explain why the other person should care about what you do. Connect your work to potential benefits or interests of your audience. Call to Action: End with a clear call to action. This could be setting up a meeting, asking for advice, or requesting a business card. Make it easy for the other person to know how they can help you or continue the conversation. Example Elevator Pitch "Hi, I'm Nic, from AlterEgo Marketing. We specialize in digital strategy and brand development. We help businesses grow their online presence, drive engagement and dominate the competition. I love working with passionate entrepreneurs to create things that look and feel real because they are. If you know anyone looking for a new website or a new logo send them my way. I look forward to seeing everyone at Rt 51 Brewery and hearing your pitches! Register Here: https://lnkd.in/gfxW8sXW Big shout out to Jacqueline Boyd, Jonathan Ihrig, Hailey Dooley, William Lo and everyone else at the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce who helped make this event possible! 🎉 #Networking #ProfessionalGrowth #CarbondaleYoungProfessionals #ElevatorPitch #CareerDevelopment

Shoutout to everyone who came to our first webinar with speakers Osh Iddawela and Mitchell Hughes and host Ikya Thearam! ICYMI, here’s some key takeaways 1. Be Curious 🧐 VCs value interns that are hungry to learn rather than focusing on experience. So ask lots of questions and try to contextualise terminology as soon as you can to help you join into those conversations in the future! 2. Find the balance 🏗️ While backing yourself and maintaining conviction is very important, make sure that you really listen to feedback and the sentiments of your team 3. Find how you are uniquely qualified ✨If you have a unique background or experience you can bring to the table then make sure to fully lean into that perspective to have a real impact And shoutout to our friends Textbook Ventures for collaborating with us for this event! Don’t worry if you missed this one - we’re planning some awesome things for October 👀 In other news, we are recruiting for marketing officers and designers -- Reach out on our socials if you are interested in joining! 🌱
